Introduction and application of CAS No. 252916-29-3 | Orantinib

Orantinib is a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor with Ki values of 2.1 μM, 8 nM and 1.2 μM for Flt-1, PDGFRβ and FGFR1, respectively. Orantinib (TSU‐68) has been shown to inhibit VEGFR2, PDGFRβ, and FGFR1. Clinical studies have shown that olantinib has the activity of stabilizing disease progression after chemoembolization of advanced liver cancer.
